• Mr. Fan joined the Association as the Treasurer since October 2017
• Mr. Fan has been playing baseball since his childhood
• Being appointed as Deputy Head of Delegationn of Hong Kong National Women's Baseball Team to the Women's Baseball World Cup in 2006
• He was appointed as the Chairperson of the Local Organizing Committee of XII BFA East Asia Baseball Cup 2018 that was hosted by the Association
• Mr. Fan was elected as Member at Large of Baseball Federation of Asia (BFA) for the term of 2022 to 2026
• Mr. Fan was appointed as a member of World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Diversity & Inclusivity Commission on 25 October 2022
• He was appointed as the Chairperson of the Local Organizing Committee of the 2024 WBSC Baseball5 World Cup that was hosted by the Association; the competition was recognized as an “M” Mark event by the Major Sports Events Committee
• Mr. Fan retired from the Board on 3 December 2024 and being invited to be the Honorary Life President of the Association on the same date.
