Notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting
NOTICE is hereby given that 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Baseball Association Limited will be held on Friday, 17 October 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to transact the following ordinary business: (1) to receive the report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors(Appendix 1); (2) to receive and consider the financial report for the year ended 31 March 2014 and the report from the Auditor (Appendix 2); (3) to elect Directors for the year 2014-2016 (Appendix 3); (4) to appoint Auditor for the Association for the year 2014-2016(Appendix 4); (5) as Special Business, to consider and, if thought fit, pass the attached resolution (Appendix 5, Revised the Articles of Association) as a Special Resolution.
