WBSC Baseball Technical Officials Seminars
WBSC Baseball Technical Officials Seminars including training for Umpire, Scoring (with Computer Scoring) and Technical Commissioner will be held in March 2016 during Easter Holiday, the Seminars is organized by World Baseball Softball Confederation ("WBSC"), hosted by Hong Kong Baseball Association and subvented by Leisure and Cultural Services Department, local and overseas participants are welcome. Qualified candidates may be appointed as official in our Local International Events, for those with excellent performance may be appointed by WBSC as official in Baseball World Cup.
