2016 Annual General Meeting Inclement Weather Arrangement
Regarding the scheduled 2016 Annual General Meeting that to be held on Friday, 21 October 2016 at 7:30p.m. in Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Please read the arrangement under inclement weather.
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is expected to be hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is expected to be in force at or before 4:00p.m. on the day of the AGM, then the AGM will be postponed.
With the reference of our Articles of Association Clause 21, the meeting will be re-scheduled on the same day in the next week at the same time and place (i.e. Friday, 28 October 2016, 7:30p.m., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.)
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled at or before 4:00p.m. on the day of the AGM, and where conditions permit, the AGM will be held as scheduled.
The AGM will be held as scheduled when an Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force. Full members or their proxies should decide on their own whether they would attend the AGM under bad weather conditions, if they do so, they are advised to exercise care and caution.
