Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Seminar cum Coach Annual General Meeting

 

Objectives:

Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) are three key factors that assure an organization to meet its goals:  
- Review good practice in corporate governance for subvented organizations
- Understand how to predict and manage risks that could hinder the organizations
- Comply with the organization's policies, procedures, ordinance and regulations
 

Targets:
  • 1. Board members and senior executives of National Sports Associations who establish and execute organization's policies, procedures in accordance with the ordinance and regulations
  • 2. Officials including who are appointed by the National Sports Associations in an event
  • 3. Event organizers and administrative staffs who run an event
