2022-2024 Board of Directors Election Notice
The Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Baseball Association (the Association) to be elected every two years, the election will be run in the 2022 Annual General Meeting that to be held on Friday, 28 October 2022, 7:30 p.m., in Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Below refer to 2022-2024 Board of Directors Election Procedure for the nomination requirements and election procedures.
Nomination deadline: 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 31 August 2022 (Wednesday)
All required forms in original should be submitted to the “HKBA Board of Directors Election Nomination Committee”, and placed in the “2022-2024 Board of Directors Election” Nomination Form Collection Box situated at Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, No. 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong before the nomination deadline. Late submissions, incomplete applications, digital copies, will not be accepted.
