【2024年WBSC Baseball5 教練課程】

Calling all the Baseball5 Lover!

To train more Baseball5 Ambassadors to promote the II WBSC Baseball5 World Cup in Hong Kong this October. Let more schools and communities experience the fun of Baseball5. The programme will be led by Mr. Andrea D'AURIA, Chair of WBSC Baseball5 Game Official Commission and WBSC Baseball5 Game Official Commission Members.

All are welcome, be prepared as a Baseball5 coach or BAHKC coach as a CPD course. The programme is funded by the International Olympic Committee Olympic Solidarity (OS), Certificate of Participation will be awarded by OS.

Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China confirmed to include this programme as one of the celebration activities in 2024 Olympic Day in Hong Kong.

II WBSC Baseball5 World Cup (the World Cup) is organised by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) and hosted by The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (BAHKC) on 7-12 October 2024 at the Central Harbourfront Event Space, Hong Kong. The World Cup is recognised as an “M” Mark event by the Major Sports Events Committee. Twelve national teams from five continents; Africa (2), Americas (3), Asia (3), Europe (2), Oceania (1) and the host Hong Kong, China.

BAHKC planned to organize WBSC Baseball5 Coach Programme as one of the pre-events, to provide training opportunities for local coaches and sports personnel for advancement and betterment of qualifications; nominated participants from WBSC member National Federations are welcome.

8 Jun 9:00-12:30: JCLT, 2/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
8 Jun 14:00-17:30: Confucius Hall Secondary School, 77 Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
9-10 Jun 0900-1230 & 14:00-17:30: S.K.H St Andrew’s Primary School, 3 Hoi Lai Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

BAHKC registered coach/instructor: Free of charge
BAHKC member: HK$200
Non-member: HK$300

• Participants pass the evaluation, International Olympic Committee Olympic Solidarity (OS) will award a Certificate of Participation.
• SF&OC will provide the e‐certificate from the International Olympic Committee (IOC)

Notes:
1. Local participants' registration shall be subject to the approval of BAHKC.
2. Overseas participants shall be nominated by the respective National Federation by returning a completed Nomination Form for Overseas Participant. Overseas participants shall take care of their accommodation, meals, and transportation at their own expense and arrangement.
