Participation overseas training in Pingtan, Fujian and the 3rd Greater Bay Area Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Baseball Invitational Tournament
2024 overseas training in Pingtan, Fujian, China will be held from August 17 to 21, followed by the 3rd Greater Bay Area Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Baseball Invitational Tournament on August 22 and 23 in Shenzhen, China.

August 17th - Departure from Hong Kong West Kowloon station to Pingtan, Fujian, China
August 18th - Training at Pingtan all day
August 19th - Training at Pingtan all day
August 20th - Training (Game) at Pingtan
August 21st - Travelling to Shenzhen, then 1 star evaluation by China Baseball association
August 22nd and 23rd - Shenzhen - The 3rd Greater Bay Area Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Baseball Invitational Tournament
August 24th - Returning to Hong Kong
Requirements:
i. Must be a member of the Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (membership valid until March 31, 2025 or later) and a registered elite athlete for the 2024-25 season;
ii. Must be a male or female student born on or after September 1, 2008;
iii. Must hold a Hong Kong Identity Card and a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Return Permit);
iv. Selection of players will be based on player assessments, with a total of 20 spots available;
v. Must participate in the "Baseball Skill Level Star Rating Assessment" developed by the China Baseball Association; 1-star assessment will be conducted in Shenzhen.
Registration Fee: Free of charge
Tournament fee: HK$3,800.00
(Includes meals, train tickets, travel insurance, pick up and drop off from the hotel,
Uniforms:
Jerseys provide by the Baseball association of Hong Kong, China.(Home jersey and Away jersey). Player must return with cleaned and washed jerseys within 7 days after returning to Hong Kong. Players need to prepare their own apparel and personal items.

Important notices:
(a) If you have not received the selection results by 5:00 pm on Aug ##, please contact BAHKC.
(b) The training schedule is subject to confirmation of the venue by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and adjustments may be made by the association as needed.
(c) The BAHKC reserves the right to make the final decision on player selection.
(d) The fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, please take note of this.
(e) Selected players must adhere to the relevant training regulations, and coaches have the authority to dismiss any player who violates them.
(f) Player eligibility for the competition is subject to the official announcement by the tournament organizing committee.
(g) BAHKC reserves the right to make training adjustments or rule revisions based on actual circumstances.
(h) This participation in the tournament receives partial funding from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
