II WBSC Baseball5 World Cup Booth invitation
The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (BAHKC) is hosting the II WBSC Baseball5 World Cup at Central Harbourfront Event Space, 9 Lung Wo Road, Central, Hong Kong from October 7 -12, 2024. Twelve elite teams battle for the title, hailing from five continents: Africa, America, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the host region of Hong Kong. We warmly welcome organizations, sponsors, or artisans to put up booths and offer games or do-it-yourself handicrafts to guests. Candidates are categorized as follows:
BAHKC Affiliated Club: BAHKC will provide a marquee, a long table, two chairs, and a display board with the name of the booth. The activity's content will be tailored (if there is a fee, kindly indicate the price list; this is subject to BAHKC clearance); you will also need to organize the required supplies by yourself;
DIY handicrafts Booth: BAHKC will provide a marquee, a long table, two chairs, and a display board with the name of the booth. The activity's content will be tailored (if there is a fee, kindly indicate the price list; this is subject to BAHKC clearance); you will also need to organize the required supplies by yourself;
Other (other organizations, or related to other sports): BAHKC will provide a marquee, a long table, two chairs, and a display board with the name of the booth. The activity's content will be tailored (if there is a fee, kindly indicate the price list; this is subject to BAHKC clearance); you will also need to organize the required supplies;

1.) Introducing the city of Hong Kong at the II WBSCBaseball5 World Cup with 12 teams participate from oversea.

Booth Fee:
※BAHKC-affiliated clubs promoting free activities for Baseball5 or baseball may request a discount on the booth fee. Applicants must submit a proposal for the booth at the time of application for BAHKC approval. The final decision on the application will be made by BAHKC.

Other than Baseball5 or Baseball theme, we also welcome proposals for experience in other sports or sports-related service promotion.
Application process requires approval and it is not based on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths with activity content related to our theme will be given first consideration. The booths may offer additional supporting activities to attract more attendees.
Applications that are accepted and qualified will receive a confirmation email or contact by phone/Whatapps.
We will review the applicant's social media account that they provided (Facebook page, Instragam, online store, etc...). The social media will feature information about services, products or rent activities for our reference for appproval.
※ Kindly avoid from submitting private or non-public accounts applying for application. Applicants will not receive approval of applications for private accounts.

- HKD$5,000.00 for 6 days (included lighting at the booth and a 13amp power supply)
- HKD$4,000.00 for 6 days (Included lighting at the booth and NOT including power supply)

Tips:
- Anything is left behind overnight, it suggests to use a suitcase to secure with a password to lock it or tape the boxes to ensure they are closed. We will not be responsable for any lost or damage.
- The items leave overnight can be covered by a table cloth that you brought your own.
- Please inform BAHKC staffs or security if you observes someone acting suspiciously near by your booth; We will handle situation carefully.
Booths arrangement:
- Please provide the name of the booth while completing the application form if you wish to set up the booth next to your friend's booth. The remaining booth will be distributed by BAHKC.
- Applicants must submit a list of the staff names before September 27, 2024.
- In case, if there is any change in use of booth activities' contend after the approval. You must request to BAHKC for new approval before Septebmer 27, 2024.

Remainders:
- It is prohibited to sell fake products, tobacco items, or alcoholic beverages.
- Employees must be 18 years or older.
- There will be no refund or cancallation of the booth once your booth has been approved and arranged the payment.
- In case the event needs to be cancelled due to bad weather, there will be no reschedule. Applicants are responsible for bearing the risk.
- Eating and drinking are allowed. However, please keep the venue clear and keep minimal waste. Garbage bins will be avaiable at the venue.
- Booth owners have responsibility to keep the booth tidy and clean.
- Booth owner can design their own decorate for the booth by using table cloth or small banner. Your effort of putting a nice decoration will allow you to draw more attendees to your booth.
