2024-2026 Board of Directors Election Notice
The Board of Directors of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China Limited (the Association) to be elected every two years, the election will be run in the 2024 Annual General Meeting that to be held on Tuesday, 3 December 2024, 3 p.m., in Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Below refer to 2024-2026 Board of Directors Election Procedure for the nomination requirements and election procedures.
Nomination deadline: 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) on 22 October 2024 (Tuesday)
Form A, Form B, and Form C, email to sg@hkbaseball.org before the nomination deadline 23:59 (Hong Kong Time), 22 October 2024 (Tuesday).
Email subject: “2024-2026 Board of Directors Nomination Form”

Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
