Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting and 2024-2026 Board of Directors Election
Please be informed that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China Limited will be held on Tuesday, 3 December 2024, at 3 p.m. in Meeting Room 3-4, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to transact the following ordinary business:

(1) To receive and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended 31 March 2024 together with the Report of the Directors; (Appendix 1)
(2) to appoint Directors for the year of 2024-2026 (Appendix 2) (see Appendix 4 for the brief Introduction of each proposed directors.)
(3) to re-appoint Auditor for the Association for the year 2024-2025 (Appendix 3)
A Full Member may send a proxy to appoint a representative to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). In order to be valid, please duly signed written Proxy Form and return to us by e-mail to office@hkbaseball.org or by mail to BAHKC Secretariat, Room 1003, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be). Late submission will not be accepted.
