1st Hong Kong International Youth Baseball Classic Selection
Open Recruitment for Team Hong Kong, China Players
Objective:
Recruit players to join the Team Hong Kong, China for preparation of the 1st Hong Kong International Youth Baseball Classic, to be held from March 14th to 16th, 2025 in Hong Kong. In addition to current registered elite athletes, players with practical experience are welcome to apply for selection. Outstanding performers will be recommended to join the Hong Kong Team and participate in the Youth Baseball Classic, competing with other teams to promote the sport of baseball.

Local Training:
January 28th to March 11th, 2025
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 17:30-19:30 at Sai Tso Wan Recreation Ground and on February 3rd (Saturday) 09:00-12:00 at Lion Rock Park Baseball Field

Note: Training times may be adjusted according to field availability; Coaches will notify via WhatsApp group.
Player Qualifications:
Must be a member of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China; (Membership validity must be until March 31, 2025 or later, membership can be processed immediately)
Must be a registered elite athlete of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China for the 2024-2025 season; or registered under the 2024-2025 Men Feeder System or 2024-2025 Women Feeder System programs;
Ages 10-16, born between 2009 and 2015, male or female;
Must hold a Hong Kong Identity Card;
Must pass the technical test.

Register to become a member for member registration (applicable to non-members); and
Sign up for the 1st Hong Kong International Youth Baseball Classic -Team Hong Kong China Player Recruitment;

January 26, 2025, 23:59
Selection:
Date: January 27, 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 9:00 - 12:00 (Players undergoing selection must wear proper baseball uniforms)
Location: Lion Rock Park Baseball Field, Juk Yuen Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon
Training Fee:
Free of charge
Participation Fee:
HKD 1,000 including game jersey and team cap (other personal equipment and clothing self-provided)
