Message
It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the Hong Kong
Baseball Association on hosting the “Asia Insurance Phoenix
Cup 2013” IBAF Hong Kong International Women’s Baseball
Tournament.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Association, the
tournament has become a premier fixture in the baseball calendar.
This year’s competitions will attract top teams from Australia,
Japan, Korea and Taiwan to Hong Kong to vie for the prestigious
title. The event will offer spectators four days of thrilling games
and provide splendid opportunities for women baseball players to
cultivate friendship and improve their skills.
I wish the Phoenix Cup 2013 every success and all the
overseas participants a most enjoyable stay in Hong Kong.
