BFA future events would be changed according to the IBAF
new tournament system. The following new schedules
would be confirmed at the coming BFA Ordinary to be held Philippines, Nepal and Pakistan withdrew from the 7th
on 13 April 2013 in Tokyo: BFA “AA” (15U) Championship without giving 3-month
notice to the host country. After discussion, it was decided
only “visa problem caused by the host country” could
be accepted as justified reason for waiving the penalty. It
was resolved that Philippines Baseball Federation should
be fined $1,000 USD. Pakistan would be waived from the
penalty due to visa problem. The Secretary General would
further investigate the reason of Nepal and report at the
coming BFA Executive Committee meeting.
